The unique design of the PF Clamp gives an extremely strong clamp for fit-up of all types of
pipes and fittings in both Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel.
All contact points of the clamp is stainless steel and the bolts are galvanized with a stainless
steel ball-point to ensure perfect fit-up.
The WT Clamp is made from pressure cast aluminium, which provides enough clamping force to meed the demands for all the pipe dimensions within the range of 1”-14” (27-355mm) and with wall thickness of up to 15mm. The butterfly screws are made with stainless steel balls.
The WT Clamp can be used for stainless steel, duplex and other high alloy steel types. Welding of pipe-pipe and pipe-fitting is easily carried out with WT Clamp.
The SC Clamps is made of sink forged steel, which provide enough clamping force to meet the requirements for all the pipe dimensions within the range of 1”-14” (25mm-355mm). The butterfly screws are made with stainless steel balls.
The SC Clamp can be used when welding steel pipes. Stainless Sleeves can be mounted on the SC Clamp so it can be used for Stainless Steel, Duplex and other high alloy steel types. Welding of pipe-pipe and pipe-fitting is easily carried out with SC Clamp.

Single chain clamp type 2500S is an easy tool for clamping pipe to pipe, pipe to bend, pipe to tee or pipe to flange. The low weight make it very easy to operate in the workshop and on site.
These clamps can adjust and align pipes with wall-thickness up to 1/2” (12 mm), and has a clamping force of 2500 kg.
The clamps can be used for several pipe dimensions, simply by removing the jack-bars. The jack-bars are made of stainless steel on all our clamps. Type 2500S can be used for stainless steel, duplex and other exotic materials, as only stainless steel is in contact with the pipe.

S200 & D200 is Chain Clamps that can adjust and align Pipes with a wall-thickness up to 12,7 mm. The Chain Clamps can always be modified to smaller or larger Pipe dimensions simply by changing the number of Chain Links and Jack-Bars.
The weight of the S200 Single Chain Clampis from 9,3 kg up to 33,1 kg. The weight of the D200 Double Chain Clamp is from 18,6 kg up to 48,7 kg depending on the size.

S300 & D300 is extremely powerful Chain Clamps that can adjust and align Pipes with a wall-thickness up to 20 mm. The Chain Clamps can always be modified to smaller or larger Pipe dimensions simply by changing the number of Chain Links and Jack-Bars.
The weight of the S300 Single Chain Clamp is from 17,8 kg up to 69,8 kg. The weight of the D300 Double Chain Clamp is from 39,4 kg up to 86,6 kg depending on the size.

The speciel design of our new jack-bar“D” for the double chain clamps type DK200 and DK300, gives the possibility to use the well-known double chain clamps for pipe-fittings, as elbows or flanges.
The new design of the jack-bars“D” can be used on an existing double chain clamp since the chain and clamping devices are the same.
The weight of the DK200 is between 21,6 kg and 62,7 kg, and the DK300 is between 43,4 kg and 101,0 kg.
DK200 is suitable for up to 15mm wall thickness and DK300 is suitable for up to 20mm wall thickness.

To meet the requirements from pipe manufacturers, nuclear, offshore and petrochemical industries, all parts of the HP Clamp that makes contact with the pipes, are made of stainless steel to avoid markings and contamination on the pipes. The jack-bars are adjustable and removable. This makes the HP Clamp usable on smaller pipe dimensions.

1 Hydraulic cylinder, 1 Clamping system, 1,8 m hose, 1 Hydraulic hand pump, Jack-bars (number according to size), mounted on two chains, 1 Ratchet brace 10 mm, 1 Ratchet brace 24 mm, 1 Aluminium tool box.
